Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use Unify. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. The Service

Unify is a multi-channel customer messaging and booking platform for small and medium businesses. The Service lets you:

• Receive and reply to messages from Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and WhatsApp in one inbox.
• Manage customer bookings, services, staff, invoices, and campaigns.
• Run live-commerce sessions and process orders captured from Instagram Live comments.
• Send automated and broadcast messages, subject to the rules of each channel.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other party without our consent.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Unify connects to your Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business accounts via Meta Platforms, Inc. APIs. You are responsible for complying with Meta's Terms of Service, Platform Policy, and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. Meta may revoke or limit our access at any time, which may affect your use of the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Unify to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates Meta's policies.
• Send abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service's operation.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialize the Service without our written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or copy data from the Service except as expressly permitted.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for any violation of this section.

6. Fees and Payment

Certain features (such as managed WhatsApp onboarding) are offered for a fee. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store full payment-card details on our servers. By paying, you authorize Razorpay to charge your selected payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

Unify, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by Homedroom and protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your data at any time via our Data Deletion page.

9. Disclaimers

Unify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that messages will be delivered within any specific time. Delivery of messages to Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp depends on Meta's systems and policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homedroom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability in any matter related to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

You may stop using Unify at any time and request deletion of your account via our Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
